oh-so-delicious recipes to sexy that are easy and affordable to prepare.
Here are the complete list of ingredients and directions
to prepare the easy, healthy, and affordable “My Recipe to Sexy” meals that
Gerald, Matteo, and Paulo are all crazy about:
Century Tuna and Egg Salad Sandwich ala Matteo:
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
• 180
grams of Century Tuna Flakes in Vegetable oil
• 2 hard
boiled eggs
• ½ Capers
• 2 tsp.
pickle relish
• 1 tbsp.
chopped onion
• 1 tsp.
mustard
• Worcestershire
sauce
• Hot
pepper sauce
• Mayonnaise
• Salt
• Pepper
• 4 slices
of sourdough or multigrain bread (or any bread)
• Lettuce
• Tomatoes
(optional)
Directions:
1. For the
tuna and egg spread: In a bowl, mash the hard boiled eggs. Once the eggs are
thoroughly mashed, mix now the other ingredients such as the ½ capers; 2 tsp.
pickle relish; 1 tbsp. chopped onion; 1 tsp. mustard; then dash it with
Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce; and add salt and pepper to taste.
2. In the
same mixture, add and mix ¼ cup of mayonnaise, and 180 grams of Century Tuna
Flakes in Vegetable oil.
3. Set aside
and start preparing the bread.
4. On a
separate plate, top each sliced bread with lettuce and the tuna and egg spread.
5. Top it
again with the remaining slices of bread.
6. Cut each
set of Tuna and Egg Salad sandwich into half (optional)
7. You may
plate it with tomatoes on the side.
Century Tuna Pancit Canton ala Paulo:

Ingredients:
• Instant
pancit canton noodles
• Garlic
• 180
grams of Century Tuna Flakes in Vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp.
oyster sauce
• Rice
wine
• 2 tbsp.
sliced leeks
• 3 tbsp.
carrot strips
• 1 cup
sliced cabbage
• ¼ cup
bean sprouts
• Sesame
oil
Directions:
1. Cook 2
packs of noodles according to package instructions. This includes cooking the
noodles in a small casserole, draining the noodles, and mixing the seasoning.
2. Set aside
the noodles and start preparing the Century Tuna mixture.
3. For the
Century Tuna mixture, in a pan, sauté chopped garlic, 180 grams of Century Tuna
Flakes in Vegetable oil, then add 1 tbsp. of oyster sauce, splash of rice wine,
2 tbsp. sliced leeks, 2 tbsp. carrot strips, 1 cup sliced cabbage, ¼ cup bean
sprouts.
4. On the
mixture, add and mix altogether the cooked noodles and few drops of sesame oil.
5. On a
bowl, set the cooked tuna pancit canton and top it with more century tuna
mixture for final garnishing.
Hot and Spicy Century Tuna Silog ala Gerald:

Ingredients:
• Cooked
rice
• 3 cloves
of chopped garlic
• Salt
• 180
grams of Century Tuna Hot & Spicy
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp.
butter
• 1 medium
tomato
• 1 small
white onion
Directions:
1. On a pan,
sauté 2 cloves of chopped garlic, and cooked rice. Pinch salt to taste. Set
aside.
2. On a
separate pan, cook 1 sunny-side up egg. Pinch salt to taste.
3. On the
same pan, sauté 1 tsp. butter, 1 clove of garlic, 1 medium tomato, cut to
chunks, and 1 small sliced white onion.
4. Then now
add the 180 grams of Century Tuna Hot & Spicy. Cook well.
5. On
another plate, put the egg, rice, and the cooked Century Tuna Hot & Spicy.
Add pepper to taste.
6. For final
garnishing, top it with toasted garlic.
