Flame’s The Hub Series begins with a special cooking class

Under the helm of Chef Luis Chikiamco, Flame has recently
restructured its entire menu to reflect more Asian influences. To celebrate
this latest edition of the restaurant’s cuisine, the Hub Series brings the
chefs out of the kitchen for intimate and engaging gatherings, from cooking
classes and demos, to wine and cocktail pairings.
To start off, Flame has invited Violet Oon, herself an
expert on Singapore’s Nyonya cuisine. An icon of Singapore’s gastronomic
heritage, Oon owns and runs a group of eponymous restaurants, including the
National Kitchen by Violet Oon at the National Gallery of Singapore.
The Hub Series at Flame featuring Violet Oon is a one-day
only affair last May 27, Sunday, from 2:30 to 4:30 PM. Each seat is available at
a special price of Php 2,500 net. A 50% non-refundable down payment is required
