Chef Philip Golding renews partnership with IAJ Wellness Corporation

Chief Operating Officer of S&L Fine Foods & Chef Works Philippines, Chef Philip Golding recently renewed partnership with IAJ Wellness Philippines Corporation (IAJWC). IAJWC  the Philippine distributor of such innovative, highly effective food & wellness products like Breville®, Matstone & the newest MISSO® s2o Seed-to-Oil Extractor.  

Eight years as Breville® brand ambassador, a premier brand of kitchen products designed and engineered in Australia, Golding now works as part of IAJ Philippines Corporation research and development team. “As someone who is focused on training, Golding said my job with IAJ Wellness Corporation is to teach or transfer the knowledge to home users and to look at the application of IAJ Wellness products in smaller restaurants— mostly with younger chefs with 15-20 cover restaurants.”

Chef Philip’s passion for cooking is as equal as his passion for teaching, is also the founding President of the Philippine Chapter of Ordre Internationale des Disciples Escoffier, a prestigious group of talented chefs around the world known for safeguarding and passing on culinary tradition to young apprentices. He also held the position of lead-examiner, lead instructor, and Vice President of the Center for Culinary Arts (CCA), the first internationally recognized culinary academy in the Philippines, and currently the head chef lecturer and linkage adviser at the American Hospitality Academy (AHA) Philippines.

“People would ask me, is Breville® commercially viable. It is for smaller restaurants,” Chef Golding said. “They would always think of Breville as just a home cooking product, but when you look at their coffee machine, it is already good enough for a 30-seater restaurant.” He pointed out that if small restaurants would take care of their equipment properly, it would definitely last.
