the country, recently won at the globally prestigious Efma-Accenture Innovation

initiatives, and ideas in insurance around the world.

Café, an online insight community that provides secure, ongoing, and real-time
feedback from customers. MyAXA Café was chosen out of 300 entries from all
across the globe and was short-listed in the final nine before winning silver –
including entries from world-renowned insurance brands Generali, Allianz, and
Zurich.
As a pioneering tool, MyAXA Café was developed in order to
generate faster, research-driven insight that helps AXA improve customer
service, there by enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. It also aids AXA
in the creation of new and better products that are responsive to the needs of
customers. To date, MyAXA Café has 1,200 members.
“This award encourages us to cultivate a deeper
understanding of our valued customers’ perceptions and attitudes toward
insurance,” said Rahul Hora, AXA Philippines president and CEO. “By
understanding our customers better through MyAXA Cafe, we are then able to
design even better products and solutions and enhance the AXA customer
