It’s another win for Filipina beauty as Ever Bilena, the country’s number one local cosmetics brand, renews its support for the 2019 Binibining Pilipinas beauty pageant. As the official makeup sponsor, the brand recently welcomed the Bb. Pilipinas 2019 candidates at the Ever Bilena head office where they were given an exclusive, easy-to-follow makeup tutorial led by celebrity makeup artist Muriel Vega Perez. During the visit, the candidates were presented to top Ever Bilena executives led by Ever Bilena president and CEO Dioceldo Sy (rightmost), who selected this year’s awardees.
