Clients earn one (1) electronic raffle entry for every PhP5,000 cumulative (total) loan availment made during the promo period of July 30 to September 30, 2018.

Winners will be electronically drawn on October 12, 2018 at the PSBank Head Office, 777 Paseo de Roxas corner Sedeno Sts., Makati City. 

The PSBank Flexi Personal Loan has low interest rates, flexible installment terms, and convenient payment modes and collateral free. Qualified borrowers can borrow up to PhP250,000 which can be used to fund dream vacations, tuition fees, home improvements, and other life projects.

Promo Mechanics:

1.         This raffle promo is open to all PSBank Flexi (Personal Loan) accountholders who make loan availments during the promo period.  Promo period is from July 30 to September 30, 2018.

2.         One (1) electronic raffle entry is given for every Php 5,000 of cumulative (total) flexi loan availments made during the entire promo period. Raffle entries/numbers will be computed on a per Flexi loan account basis; and electronically generated/assigned at the end of the promo period to qualified accounts based on promo rules.

3.         Prizes at stake are: Five (5) Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (CP GLX/ N950); and Php 5,000 cash credits each for eight (8) winners.

4.         Winners will be electronically drawn on October 12, 2018 at the PSBank Center, 777 Paseo de Roxas corner Sedeno Sts., Makati City at 5:00 p.m.; and shall be done in the presence of a DTI representative, and officers/internal audit of PSBank.

5.         A customer/account can only win once. If drawn more than once, the winner gets the prize of higher value. The account must be active (not blocked, past due, or adversely classified) at the time of draw and upon claiming of prize.

6.         Winners will be notified via electronic and registered mail; and announced/ posted at PSBank branches, website, official social media, and other appropriate communication media with the expressed written consent of the winners.

7.         As pre-arranged, winners of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 prize may claim their prize at the PSBank Head Office (c/o Marketing) or any PSBank branch. Winners will be required to present two (2) valid and acceptable IDs. For the cash credits, the winner will be given an option to have the cash prize credited to his/her Flexi Loan account or other deposit account maintained with the bank. All winners are required to execute an acknowledgement receipt of the prize and a notarized quit claim.

8.         PSBank shall assume the 20% winner’s tax as applicable. Prizes not claimed after 60 days from receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of PSBank upon approval of DTI. Prizes are not convertible to cash but may be transferable only after receipt by the actual winner (as applicable).

9.         In case of disputes, the decision of PSBank with the concurrence of DTI shall be final, irrevocable, and binding on all parties.

10.       Employees of PSBank including the Board of Directors and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from the promo.
